Ingredients:
Handful of nuts (cashews, pecans)
Pumpkin seeds
Tbs peanut butter
Tsp coconut oil
Dates, stone removed and sliced
Tbs cacao powder
Sprinkle of desiccated coconut
Method:
Mix everything except desiccated coconut in blender.
Roll mixture into balls and then coat them in the coconut.
Place in the fridge for 3 hrs.
Eat.
