1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp honey
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Add 1 cup of water to a pot and bring to the boil. Once boiled, add oats and cook for approx 5 mins, stirring every now and then.
- Slice plum and add to a saucepan with honey, plus 1 tbsp water. Cook for approx 5 mins.
- Once oats are cooked, mix through one serve of protein powder and pop ya plums on top!
