THE HEALTH FAIRY

Feel free to cook your oats in the microwave if you  have one. You can also make these the night before and just give them a little buzz in the morning.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 plum

1 tsp honey

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Method

  1. Add 1 cup of water to a pot and bring to the boil. Once boiled, add oats and cook for approx 5 mins, stirring every now and then.
  2. Slice plum and add to a saucepan with honey, plus 1 tbsp water. Cook for approx 5 mins.
  3. Once oats are cooked, mix through one serve of protein powder and pop ya plums on top!
