2 sweet potatoes
Handful of grated low fat cheese
2 thick slices of ham
2 spring onions sliced
Bake your potatoes for an hour at 180 degrees.(all depending on size, check after 45 minutes and once a fork easily pushes in, they are done)
Remove from oven, cut in half and scoop out all of the potato.
Chop your ham and mix into the potato along with your onions and half of your cheese.
Pop back into the potato shells, sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
Bake for 5 mins or so until your cheese has melted.
