2 Apples of your choice
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
Handful of toasted walnuts
10 tbsp of 0% Greek yoghurt
Heat your oven to 180C.
Cut each apple in half and remove the core.
Pop them on a baking tray, Mix your honey with the ground cinnamon and drizzle over the apples.
Cook for 40 minutes, spooning over your honey mixture occasionally until they are very soft.
Serve on top of greek yogurt, sprinkled with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of the honey.
