The Health Fairy

1 small pineapple

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp ground ginger

3 tbsp low fat plain yoghurt

Cut your pineapple in half

Scoop out the insides and dice

Pop into a frying pan with your honey and ginger and fry until all nicely caremalised.

Put your yoghurt inside the pineapple and top with your Cooked fruit.
