SELF DOUBT AND LIMITING BELIEFS

Do you believe you are enough? I bet you are thinking right now, why would I say that, and I bet you would not believe me if I said, you are?

Imagine your life without self-doubt? Wouldn’t it be amazing, being able to do anything you want to do without judgement or fear of rejection or even failure? So why don’t we?

I will give you some reasons that this could be happening, Firstly, you were probably told as a child to be careful, or do not act up or this will happen or that will happen, so many of us been conditioned in our childhood or in  relationships that our brains have listened to a lot of negative teachings, even going way back to our school days!

 

What can we do to change these limiting thoughts, well firstly we must change our state of mind, and be a believer?

How can we do that you may ask?

Okay let us imagine again a life without fear and limiting beliefs.  Are you with me on this, okay, think about it right now?

How does it feel? Do you feel powerful, happy, strong, and confident? Lovely isn’t it..

Ok stay in that state for a few minutes, keep thinking about what you would be like, would you be a businesswoman, a success, in an amazing relationship, maybe with yourself?

 

 

How does that feel right now?

So, go back to the you that you are now,  in this state i want you to think about your worries about events that maybe happening, or lacking confidence, or even the worrying of what could be, we all have been there, right?

How does that feel to you right now….?  I know exactly where you want to be right now, back to the confident one, so what is stopping you?

Do you want to know what is stopping you becoming this selfless person? YOU …

 

 

 

NOW I KNOW WHAT YOU’RE THINKING AGAIN, is it, ‘my life will not allow me to be this selfless,confident person’ I know you are thinking these, as so many people have these doubts.

Let’s go back again, imagine your life without all you desire, and confidence you deserve, how does it feel… good right?

So, this is where we are going with this… if you are imagining you are confident reading this blog, what is stopping you being this person… again I have the answer. YOU.

So this is where I am going to give you some tips to remove limiting beliefs. Are you ready?

  1. Start to think about you as a confident strong person and really believe this is you, you know why? because it is, this is your mind, and you are capable to change the state of your mind at any time you want.
  2. Change your body language, yes you, slouching whilst not believing me, I know, sit up straight, that is it. Hands on them hips and say to yourself I am, I am, I am confident. I do not have limiting beliefs and I am fearless; this is going to be your incantations.
  3. Daily repeat the incantations in your mirror, or walking, shout it out. No one will mind.
  4. Believe in yourself and make a change, starting with why you have the limiting beliefs in the first place and if someone or something is holding you back, now is the time to change it.
  5. Nothing you do is impossible, everything is possible, so let’s start a journal.
  6. Make some goals, we will discuss this another time, but start to make some.

So, what we do we have these thoughts again?

  • Fear of rejection
  • Fear of failure
  • Fear of not being enough

These are all beliefs, and you can change them. We are born with two primal fears only, the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. That is it. The rest have been taught to us, so lets un teach them thoughts.
