100g coconut yoghurt

1 tsp vegan vanilla protein powder

50g mango, diced

1 tbsp pistachios, diced

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the coconut yoghurt to your serving bowl and stir in the protein powder until well combined. Top with mango, pistachios and dessicated coconut.
