Ingredients
100g oats
3 tbsps cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
200ml of skimmed milk or alternative
80g fat free Greek yoghurt or alternative
1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp maple syrup
Fresh berries for topping
Method
In a bowl mix the oats, cocoa and chia seeds together. Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and syrup. Mix thoroughly. Store in the fridge until morning. Divide into 2 bowls and top with fresh fruit of your choice.
