3 tbsps cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
200ml of skimmed milk
80g fat free Greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
Fresh berries for topping
In a bowl mix the oats, cocoa and chia seeds together.
Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and syrup.
Store in the fridge until morning.
Divide into 2 bowls and top with fresh fruit of your choice.
