60g chia seeds

400ml light coconut milk

1 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Strawberries to top

Nuts to top

Mix all ingredients together (except nuts & strawberries) and divide into 2 bowls.

Refrigerate over night.

Remove and top with strawberries & nuts
