Ingredients:
One banana
2 Slices of bread
Raisins
Cinnamon
Bacon
Oil
1 egg
Tsp maple syrup
Method:
Slice banana longways
Mix egg and raisins in bowl
Slice off crusts of bread and cut into quarters
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon
Dip in the egg
Heat pan and fry bacon cutting off all the fat
Place the eggy bread, tipping over the raisins too
Fry till golden brown
Stack bacon banana and bread in sections
Pour over maple syrup
