THE HEALTH FAIRY

Makes 2 quite thick pancakes

1 ripe banana mashed

1/2 cup oats

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs

Honey to drizzle

Pop everything in a bowl and give it a good mix

Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil on medium heat and add half a cup of your mixture.

Cook for a couple of minutes each side until cooked through and nice and browned both sides.
