220g King Prawns Raw
Good knob of butter
1 large garlic clove grated
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
Pinch of chilli flakes
1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander (optional)
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Pop your prawns in an ovenproof dish.
Melt your butter in a saucepan over low heat, add the garlic and soften for 30 seconds until fragrant, add the lemon juice.
Pour butter mixture over the prawns, season and sprinkle over the chilli flakes, give it all a good mix.
Pop in the oven until cooked through, 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with your chopped coriander and serve warm, spooning the sauce over the prawns.
