1 400g tin of haricot beans drained and rinsed
1 red onion diced
1 garlic clove grated
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp soft brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 slice of toasted bread. BROWN
Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook until soft and just starting to colour.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the vinegar, sugar, Worcester sauce, paprika, salt & pepper and bring to a boil.
Pop in the beans and passata and simmer for roughly 20 minutes until it’s thickened up and you have the right texture.
Pop on top of your toast and enjoy
