THE HEALTH FAIRY

1 folded flatbread
2 eggs
10g butter
Half a medium avocado
1 tsp garlic powder
Black pepper
Pinch of chipotle flakes (if you like a kick in the morning)

Method:

  1. Pre-heat a pan with 10g of butter before adding 2 eggs. Fry until at desired softness: 3-5 minutes for soft, 5+ minutes for firm.
  2. With a fork, mash up half a medium avocado, 1 tsp garlic powder, black pepper and a sprinkling of chipotle flakes (optional).
  3. Lightly toast a folded flatbread before stacking eggs and avocado inside!
