Yoghurt chia

Serves 2

2 cups plain low fat yogurt

1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tablespoon runny honey  plus some for drizzling.

Small handful of walnuts roughly chopped.

Small handful of dried cranberries.

Mix your yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Divide between 2 bowls, drizzle over a little more honey, sprinkle over your walnuts and cranberries.
