21 DAY SLEEP CHALLENGE

I am thrilled to announce a new sleep challenge that will benefit your overall health and well-being. This challenge is all about creating a consistent sleep schedule and improving the quality of your sleep. Here are the rules:

  1. Determine a consistent time you will wake up every day (including weekends) and stick to it.
  2. Count backwards from your morning wake-up time to determine your nightly bedtime.
  3. Make sure to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and electronics at least an hour before bedtime.
  4. Create a relaxing bedtime routine to signal to your body that it’s time to go to sleep.
  5. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
